In this role, you’ll lead critical accounting functions, ensure accuracy and compliance across financial reporting, and partner closely with business leaders to support informed, strategic decision-making. • Play a key leadership role in shaping financial accuracy, controls, and reporting across the organization
• Partner closely with business leaders to influence strategy through clear financial insights
• Work in an environment that values process improvement and continuous growth
• Lead and develop a team while remaining actively involved in complex accounting work

• Oversee monthly, annual, and other financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and industry standards
• Manage year-end audit activities and coordinate information requests from external auditors
• Lead the annual budgeting process and support ad-hoc projections and forecasting
• Monitor budget variances and collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insights
• Review journal entries, including accruals, allocations, and prepaids, within the Net Suite General Ledger
• Oversee monthly account reconciliations using Blackline and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reporting packages with clear commentary on variances and key metrics
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures, recommending and implementing improvements as needed
• Lead special projects and additional initiatives that support departmental and organizational goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required); CPA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
• At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Hands-on experience with Net Suite, Blackline, Power
  
  BI, Spreadsheet Server, or similar reporting tools; advanced Excel skills
• Experience working in multi-entity or divisional environments
• Strong understanding of internal controls, audits, and GAAP compliance
• Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• High integrity, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset
