The primary role of Financial Analyst is to provide extensive business partnering and financial support to the Cloud BU. You will oversee financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and decision support for the Product, Technology and Sales leadership teams.

This is a cross functional role where you will partner with Engineering, Product teams, GTM, Accounting and Corporate Finance, legal and procurement to deliver accurate financial forecasting, actionable insights, and meaningful updates. Analytical thinking, crisp communication, effective business partnering and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment are key to success in this role.

• Provide extensive business partnering and financial support to the Cloud BU, including financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and decision support for Product, Technology and Sales leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, GTM, Accounting, Corporate Finance, legal and procurement to deliver accurate financial forecasting, actionable insights, and meaningful updates.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to work with staff and managers within and outside of function or the company.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and on cross functional teams.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas.

• Ability to follow standard accounting and finance practices, and departmental procedures and processes.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Hyperion skills a plus.
• Problem solver with good judgment and proactive issue identification and solution proposals.
• Work with minimal supervision, especially when tasks are unstructured; capable of multitasking and prioritizing work and proactively anticipating and avoiding financial or communication issues.
• Self-motivated and able to drive end-to-end results.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to take on new challenges.

• BS/BA degree with 5+ years’ experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and/or Business Finance.

The base salary range for this position is $104, USD and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
