We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sr Staff Project/Program Management Specialist to lead multiple, concurrent development projects globally. This role requires an individual with exceptional leadership, proven track record of delivering and managing complex projects from concept to production while staying on budget and on time.

You will serve as the central hub to drive a multi-disciplinary team of architects, hardware and software engineers to deliver solution development. Your primary mission is to ensure flawless execution, mitigate risks proactively, and drive decisions that align with our strategic business objectives of performance, cost, and time-to-market.

• Manage the entire project lifecycle for multiple solution developments.
• Lead and synchronize large, dispersed, cross‑functional teams across different time zones and cultures.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules (Gantt charts, Agile/Waterfall hybrids), and resource allocation models; identify critical paths and dependencies.
• Proactively identify, quantify, and develop mitigation strategies for technical, logistical, and supply‑chain risks; lead contingency planning.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, providing clear, concise, data‑driven updates on project status, risks, and KPIs; secure stakeholder buy‑in.
• Champion continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor junior project managers and technical leads.
• Work with finance and functional managers to develop budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource utilization across the portfolio.
• Ensure all deliverables meet required quality, reliability, and compliance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years (Master’s) or 12 years (Bachelor’s) of direct project/program management experience within the semiconductor industry or a product development firm.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex semiconductor projects concurrently, from definition to production ramp.
• Extensive experience working with global external partners (IP vendors, manufacturing/assembly partners, independent design houses) and internal teams across international sites.
• Expertise with advanced project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence) and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Critical Chain).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills; ability to present complex issues clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Highly Desired:
  Master’s degree in a technical field or MBA.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Direct experience with complex hardware and software projects.
• Experience with AI/ML, HPC, or Automotive product development cycles and quality standards (ISO 26262, AEC‑Q100).
• Understanding of product and regulatory certifications (UL, FCC, CE, UKCA).
