Required qualifications include a valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and at least 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting. A Vermont or compact license in hand is required.
Recommended skills for this position include strong communication abilities, proficiency in handling high‑stress situations, and a collaborative approach to patient care. Experience with pediatric and geriatric populations is a plus.
