* ** Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation experience is REQUIRED.*

** Active Vermont OT or PT License must 2 years experince (or above).

Skills:

** Proficiency in evaluating outpatients with complex cardiac and pulmonary conditions.

- ** Certs:
** Current AHA BLS and ACLS are mandatory.

- ** Onboarding:
** All credentials must be finalized and uploaded 5 business days prior to start.
