We’re looking for motivated Concrete Laborers in Morristown, TN to help keep operations running smoothly. As a key part of the crew, you’ll ensure the worksite stays clean and safe by handling tasks like collecting debris, organizing tools, and maintaining the truck. You'll also have the chance to work with power tools and materials such as saws, drills, and grinders, so no two days are the same.

The starting pay is $21.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% fully paid on‑the‑job training.

• Maintain a Safe, Tidy Workspace: Keep work areas organized and safe for the team.
• Ensure Tools & Equipment Are Ready: Keep trucks, tools, and cords in top condition and ready for use.
• Move Materials & Equipment: Transport cement, drills, and grinders to the right place, keeping things moving smoothly.
• Operate Power Tools & Machinery: Use tools and machinery efficiently to complete tasks.
• Assist with Manual Labor: Help with digging, stacking, and moving materials.
• Manage Safety on Site: Set up warning signs and cones to ensure a safe environment.
• Handle Physical Tasks: Use tools like shovels, picks, and wheelbarrows to support the project.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have a valid, insurable driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset, but not required
• Good hand‑eye coordination and the ability to meet physical demands (stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs) with or without reasonable accommodations
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery (a plus)
