As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you’ll bring our brand to life, act as the company's face, and bring your real self to work each day.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests in a “friends first” mindset and help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products, make product suggestions, and enthusiastically discuss details.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support teammates and contribute to effective teamwork.
• Act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You have high energy and can manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.
