Overview
Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome them to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, and assist with measurements, room designs, and purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary, and support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe.
By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
Location: Morristown, TN
Responsibilities- Welcome customers to the store and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs
- Provide showroom tours and set up for kitchen and/or bath measurements
- Review room designs with customers and make purchasing recommendations
- Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary
- Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe
- Support Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance priorities to drive sales
