Location: Towne Place Suites by Marriott | Morristown, TN
Schedule: Full-time | PM / Weekend availability
Towne Place Suites by Marriott Morristown, TN is seeking a reliable, guest-focused Server/Bartender to join our hospitality team! This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality food and beverages, and loves creating great guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and bar areas
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Provide friendly, professional service to hotel guests and bar patrons
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws
- Monitor inventory and assist with restocking as needed
- Work collaboratively with hotel staff to support daily operations
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and proper alcohol service
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age (or state-required age for alcohol service)
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
