Primary Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with warmth as they arrive 👋
  • Prep and cook food according to brand and health standards 🍔🍳
  • Maintain knowledge of our rotating menu 📋
  • Ensure food is cooked to guest preferences
  • Stock kitchen items and assist with biweekly food orders 📦
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen, restaurant, and guest areas 🧼
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service 😊
  • Respond professionally to guest concerns and help resolve issues
  • Follow all food safety and health regulations 🧑🍳
  • Report maintenance or equipment issues to management
  • Deliver excellent guest service at all times 🌟
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Restaurant experience a plus 🍽️
  • Hotel experience highly preferred 🏨
  • Guest service experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure 💪
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Team player with professional communication skills 🤝
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Willing to learn and follow food safety laws and procedures
  • Flexible, adaptable, and open to change
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 100% of the shift
  • Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment
