Case Management Nurse

Position Summary

The Case Manager is responsible for coordinating patient care throughout the acute care hospitalization, ensuring safe and efficient transitions of care, and supporting high-quality clinical outcomes. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and expertise in discharge planning and utilization management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in Case Management, Managed Care, and In-Patient Case Management is required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and care coordination skills.
• NJ candidates preferred; local applicants strongly considered.

Education & Credentials

• BSN required
• Active RN license
• CCMC certification preferred

Compensation (Travel)

• Weekly Gross Pay: $2,331.00
• Weekly Net Pay: $2,146.20 (approx.)
• Weekly Lodging Allowance: $1,001.00
• Weekly Meal Allowance: $560.00
• Blended Hourly Rate: $66.60/hr
• Taxable Hourly Rate: $22/hr
• OT Rate: $66/hr (if applicable)

Local Pay

• $58 – $61/hr

Travel Pay Range: $2,100 - $2,366/Week
