As an Office Nurse in our practice, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of clinical duties for patients of all ages. In addition, you will provide infusion support for patients on IVIG and SCIG therapy.

- Conducts patient assessments including vitals and medical histories.
- Rooms and prepares patients for procedures while maintaining neat and clean clinical areas.
- Performs diagnostic procedures (skin testing, spirometry, etc.) and basic lab tests (CLIA waived).
- Administers diagnostic and therapeutic medications, injections, immunizations and SQ and IV infusions as directed by providers.
- Provides patient education, instruction and support regarding treatment plans.
- Coordinates patient referrals, lab orders, prior authorizations and pre‑certifications.
- Triages nurse calls and calls in prescriptions.
- Enters, scans and updates clinical documentation (EMR) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintains and stocks medical supply inventory and equipment.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
