OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team at a high-growth online broker-dealer. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial services marketing, with expertise in both traditional and digital advertising strategies. This role requires a creative thinker who understands financial markets and can develop innovative marketing campaigns, manage new product launches, and drive brand awareness.
As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with Graphic Design, Product, and Operations to create high-impact campaigns that align with business objectives, strengthen our market presence, and enhance client acquisition and retention.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives for new trading products, platform features, and tools, ensuring campaigns are both effective and compliant.
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and campaign strategy.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to design and review compelling marketing assets.
- Use Google Analytics and ad platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize results, and report KPIs.
- Drive performance marketing through SEO optimization, paid media, and data-driven decision-making.
- Set up and manage Hub Spot marketing automation programs, including workflows, drip campaigns, lead scoring models, and contact segmentation.
- Create and manage custom dashboards in Hub Spot to track performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, MQL generation, and campaign ROI.
- Build and maintain nurture sequences and conversion paths that align with the customer journey and product lifecycle.
- Partner with internal teams to create advertising strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth.
- Maintain archival documentation of marketing materials, compliance approvals, and campaign history for audit readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the financial services industry, preferably with an online broker-dealer or fintech platform.
- Proven experience in marketing management, including campaign development for regulated financial products.
- Understanding of FINRA and SEC regulations for public communications and advertising.
- Proficiency with Figma, Google Analytics, Hub Spot, and social advertising platforms such as Linked In Ads, Meta, Google Ads, X, and Reddit.
- You Tube channel creation and management.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance analytics.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive, compliant messaging.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience marketing to active equity, options, future traders.
- Familiarity with Word Press, Builderio, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models.
