The Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day marketing operations by helping plan, organize, and execute campaigns, events, and sales support initiatives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure marketing projects, materials, and events are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate daily marketing activities to support ongoing campaigns, events, and sales initiatives
- Assist with planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other promotional events
- Manage logistics related to events, including vendor coordination, shipping of materials, scheduling, and documentation
- Maintain and update marketing databases, spreadsheets, inventory logs, and digital file systems
- Support e-commerce or online marketing platforms, including updates and fulfillment coordination
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors or agencies to keep projects moving
- Track marketing materials and oversee inventory levels to ensure availability and accuracy
- Support communication of campaign timelines, deliverables, and materials to internal stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding preparation by organizing marketing systems, tools, and training resources
- Provide administrative backup support to the broader team as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience supporting marketing operations, events, or campaigns
- Hands‑on experience with trade shows, conferences, and vendor coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfort working with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and digital collaboration tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with online collaboration platforms
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow projects through to completion
