Seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage 228 units in five locations. Candidate must have at least two years of Property Manager experience with market-rate properties, be tech savvy, organized and detail oriented.

• Maintaining high occupancy
• Resident relations
• Rent collections
• Lease management
• Supervising a team of maintenance and office personnel
• Upkeep and maintenance of the property
• Safety and security of the property and residents
• Develop and maintain relationships with local officials, police and fire
• Train and monitor employee behavior and progress
