- Coordinate with the EHS Manager in all environmental, health and safety programs.
- Responsible for the ISO functions of the organization.
- Implement and ensure compliance with local, state and federal environmental regulations while coordinating required training for environmental and ISO programs.
- Report directly to the EHS Manager.
- Develop environmental procedures in collaboration with the team.
- Administer facility ISO procedures and manuals.
- Schedule EMS Committee meetings and target and objective team meetings.
- Track required data and graph and trend those related to ISO objectives and targets.
- Create and update ISO communication media (bulletin boards, tabletops, video flyers, etc.).
- Schedule, track and, when necessary, conduct EMS training (ERP training, general EMS training, SOP training, etc.).
- Implement and train the team on waste segregation, including coordinating universal, special and hazardous waste disposal.
- Maintain environmental compliance tracking sheet.
- Update manuals, provide document control, file IAW ISO requirements and properly manage obsolete information.
- Conduct investigations of non-conformances using the required corrective action form and root cause analysis.
- Work with EMS teams to develop preventative actions and maintain a continuous improvement log.
- Schedule and participate with the EHS Manager in internal audits, management reviews and third-party audits.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of all local, state and federal laws and submit required data to third parties for processing of regulatory reports.
- With the EHS Manager, lead the cultural change to become more environmentally friendly at home and at work.
- Develop relationships in the local community to further environmental awareness and change.
- Work with the EHS Manager to help coordinate safety education, investigations of accidents, and other functions as assigned by the EHS Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree in environmental studies is a plus.

- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Understanding of local, state, and federal environmental regulations is a plus
- Good people/communication skills and the ability to follow-up and hold people accountable
- Local travel will be required
