• Lead a team of Small Store Merchandisers to deliver results by communicating goals and deadlines; coach and develop teammates; implement continuous improvement while maintaining customer focus; and embody the company s purpose and values to inspire servant leadership.
• Onboard new teammates, respond to customer issues, optimize Small Store Merchandising efficiencies, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance policies.
• Onboard new teammates and conduct training to develop skills through three or more Right Execution Daily “RED” rides per week with assigned staff.
• Ensure internal audit guidelines and procedures are followed, including Kronos timekeeping management and mileage reimbursement submissions.
• Monitor key business indicators (customers served, gap time, service time, unproductive deliveries, payroll management, computer-based training completion) and develop action plans to drive productivity gains.
• Establish a safe working environment and train teammates on safe working techniques, including safety blitzes, evaluations, and annual testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and delivery teams to maximize the success of the Small Store Service Delivery Model.

• Knowledge of CCCI Sales and Delivery operations (preferred).
• Prior leadership and management experience (a plus).
• Strong planning techniques and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and perform the duties of a Small Store Merchandiser.

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Valid in-state driver’s license

• 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school
