Our client is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join their dynamic and growing team. As a Litigation Associate, you will be involved in all phases of litigation and gain meaningful, hands-on experience from day one. You will work closely with experienced attorneys on a wide range of complex matters while contributing to case strategy and client representation. This role offers strong professional growth and long-term career development.

• Handle all aspects of litigation from case inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and legal analysis
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, including hearings, depositions, and trials
• Assist with litigation strategy, preparation, and settlement negotiations
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas as needed

• Deliver high-quality legal services using strong litigation skills
• Handle matters involving insurance coverage, insurance defense, general liability, and commercial litigation
• Conduct thorough case investigations and evidence review
• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies
• Stay current on developments in New Jersey and New York law

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• 2-8 years of litigation experience
• Experience with insurance coverage, general liability, or commercial litigation
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar required;
  New York Bar admission is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism
