Location: New Jersey (Morristown or Newark preferred) | New York City (optional)

Compensation :
Base salary starting at $150,000 - $200,000 DOE

A well-established, mid-to-large law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Insurance Litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated insurance-related matters within a collaborative and well-resourced team.

• Handle all phases of insurance litigation, from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare written analysis
• Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and support staff
• Manage cases independently while contributing to team-based matters

• 3+ years of relevant litigation experience
• Insurance coverage experience is a plus, but not required
• Active admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
• Admission to the New York Bar is a plus
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
