Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
You Are:- Experienced innovator of new applications in Service Now, architecting system solutions and describing the solution with ease.
- Willing to roll up your sleeves to develop new solutions for our clients.

- Process oriented and prefers order over chaos.
- Comfortable asking for help from peers and subject matter experts when needed.
- Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or consulting companies.
- Experienced advisor to the C‑Suite, crafting the best solutions to meet their business needs.
- Provide leadership oversight on critical Service Now programmes at Fortune 500 clients.
- Able to identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and work internally with the Service Now account teams to progress.
- Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
- Manage and lead teams of Service Now Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
- Demonstrate ability to influence and consult, providing options with pros, cons and risks while offering thought leadership to sponsors and stakeholders in solving governance, programme/project management, business process and/or technical problems.

- Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience working with Service Now in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
- Minimum of 8 years experience directly driving IT transformation & strategy planning, preferably in a high‑tech consulting environment.
- Minimum of 4 years leading teams of Service Now Developers as a technical manager and mentor, experienced with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & Wagile.
- Minimum of 4 years implementing & enforcing standards, such as code reviews & architectural reviews, and demonstrating advanced scripting skills – JavaScript, SQL.
- At least three Service Now certifications (System Admin‑CSA, Application Developer‑CAD and ITSM preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if associate degree, minimum 6 years of work experience.
- You have database experience.
- Cloud migration experience.
- ITIL Certified.
- Experience integrating Service Now with AWS or Azure.
- Experience building prototypes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer‑centric attitude.
- Proven team player and team builder.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS deployments and supporting architecture.
- A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project management.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team‑oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment.
