We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with proven IT staffing sales experience
—and we are especially interested in candidates who have worked with BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) clients

• Manage the full sales lifecycle for staffing and project initiatives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for assigned accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet client needs.
• Gain market share by increasing headcount, revenue, and margins.
• Conduct regular meetings with client hiring managers to strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee client relationships through pre-sales, post-sales, and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful candidate delivery.
• Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in agency recruiting or staffing sales
  , specifically in IT staffing
  .
• Experience working with BFSI clients strongly preferred.
• Strong client-facing and customer service skills; prior sales experience is a major plus.
• Proficiency in Linked In and other social media platforms for networking.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
