Overview
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with strong payroll experience and hands-on Workday Payroll knowledge. This role supports payroll processing, data reconciliation, integrations, and analysis in a Workday environment.
ResponsibilitiesProcess and support payroll activities in Workday
- Review payroll results for accuracy and completeness
- Perform payroll reconciliations and variance analysis
- Build, run, and support payroll-related integrations and file feeds
- Validate payroll data between Workday and external systems
- Analyze payroll data using Excel to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Support payroll issue resolution and ongoing payroll operations
Proven experience in payroll processing
- Experience working as a Payroll Specialist or Senior Payroll Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll
- Experience building or supporting payroll integrations
- Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
