- Change bed linens and make beds neatly and efficiently 🛏️
- Replace used towels and replenish bath amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.)
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors 🧹
- Dust furniture and clean all room surfaces
- Restock mini-bar beverages and food items (as applicable)
- Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways and corridors
- Report maintenance or technical issues promptly 🔧
- Assist guests with questions or additional service requests 😊
- Help guests retrieve lost items when needed
- Ensure all assigned rooms meet cleanliness standards by end of shift
- Follow hotel safety and security guidelines at all times
- Previous experience as a Housekeeper or Room Attendant preferred
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products 🧼
- Strong physical stamina and ability to remain active throughout shift
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures carefully
- High school diploma a plus
