Job SummaryMorris View Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a per diem basis. Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including use of assistive devices
- Monitor and report changes in resident's condition to licensed nurses
- Assist with medication administration and vital signs
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of New Jersey
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0 years of experience required (new graduates welcome to apply!)
