If you answered yes to either question, then apply NOW! Atlantic Health is seeking a seasoned Per Diem Physical Therapist for the Atlantic Visiting Nurse Dept to work 8am-4pm in Morris County.
Qualifications
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients in their homes
Minimum Education
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, required
- Master or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred
Minimum Experience
- 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred
License/Certification
- NJ License in Physical Therapy
- BLS, preferred
