What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
- Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
- Other typical BCBA activities
- Masters degree
- Active BCBA certification, required
- Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
- Student-loan repayment program for existing loans (up to $24,000 total - $1,000 per month)
