Step Up Family Services provides a range of services including Outpatient Therapy, In-Home Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our mission is to empower individuals, children, and families to achieve their goals through a collaborative approach that emphasizes healing, growth, and self-awareness. By partnering with clients, providers, and community members, we deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each person.

• Provide mental health services to children, families, and individuals.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions and engage in family therapy.
• Collaborate with team members to support client well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records.
• Provide a supportive environment for clients to achieve their goals.

LAC/LSW: $50 - $55

LCSW/LPC: $65 - $75

• Strong skills in developing and implementing Treatment Planning
• Knowledge and experience in Social Work and Case Management
• Expertise in Mental Health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure (e.g., LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is required
• Experience working with children, families, and diverse populations is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
