Job Title: Occupational Therapist (per diem) – Atlantic Visiting Nurse, Atlantic Health System

Atlantic Health's Atlantic Visiting Nurse Department seeks a skilled per diem Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic treatment in patients' homes in Morris County on varying days from 8am–4pm. This role offers independence and autonomy in the home health setting.

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes

• Minimum Education
  :
  High School Diploma or GED, required;
  Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy, required
• Minimum Experience
  : 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred
• License/Certification
  : NJ License in Occupational Therapy, active and in good standing; BLS, preferred; NJ Driver's License in good standing
