Overview

Bridge street Commercial Capital is a boutique, direct private credit lender based in Morristown, NJ, empowering real estate entrepreneurs and investors with fast, flexible, transparent financing solutions. We specialize in non-bank commercial real estate loans — including bridge loans, multi-family bridge, rental/investment property financing, rehab, ground-up construction, fix-and-flip, mixed-use, and long-term hold loans.

Role Description

We're not your typical bank. No bureaucracy, no one-size-fits-all boxes — just innovative, relationship-driven lending built for the fast-paced world of investment real estate. We're growing rapidly and seeking hungry, experienced Commercial Loan Officers to join our team and focus on what you do best:
bringing in quality commercial loan requests that we review, structure, and fund.

What You'll Do (Your Core Focus):
  • Prospect and build relationships with real estate investors, developers, brokers, agents, sponsors, and high-net-worth individuals to source commercial loan opportunities
  • Qualify and gather initial deal details (property info, financials, exit strategy) for promising requests
  • Hand off vetted, high-potential deals to our in-house review team for structuring, underwriting, and closing
  • Leverage your network to generate consistent deal flow — we handle the heavy lifting on execution
  • Represent Bridge street as a trusted advisor in the CRE community

This is NOT a full underwriting or processing role — it's origination and sourcing focused, designed for producers who thrive on relationships and pipeline building.

What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending, origination, brokerage, or related fields (bank, non-bank, hard money, or private credit preferred)
  • Proven track record of sourcing or originating CRE deals (multi-family, investment property, bridge, construction, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — self-starter who enjoys the hunt for opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, real estate, or equivalent experience a plus
  • Located in or willing to work in the NY/NJ metro area (hybrid/remote flexible for top producers)
