- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams to enhance the reliability and maintainability of new and existing equipment.
- Champion reliability‑focused initiatives across:
- Production equipment and processes
- Utilities and facilities infrastructure
- Control systems and safety instrumentation
- Define and continuously improve maintenance strategies through:
- Value‑added preventive maintenance (PM) programs
- Predictive maintenance (PdM) and non‑destructive testing (NDT) methodologies >
- Analyze and resolve chronic equipment failures to improve:
- Production output and capacity
- Product quality and consistency
- Maintenance cost control
- Regulatory and safety compliance
- Provide technical troubleshooting support during routine and urgent equipment failures.
- Develop and lead training programs to build a highly capable maintenance workforce.
- $85,000 – $95,000 annual salary, based on experience
