The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training and development in an adult learning environment, with the ability to create engaging and effective training solutions that drive performance and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Deliver training programs and materials for new hires, existing sales team members, and sales leaders. Ensure that training content is up-to-date with industry trends and company objectives.
  • Needs Assessment: Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and determine the most effective training solutions.
  • Instruction and Facilitation: Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars using a variety of instructional methods including classroom training, online courses, and on-the-job training.
  • Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Provide regular reports and feedback to leadership on training outcomes and areas for improvement.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales team members to reinforce training concepts and help them achieve their performance goals.
  • Program Evaluation: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with BUL's and HR, to ensure training programs are aligned with company strategies and areas of need.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in training and development are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, sales management, or a related role in IT Staffing. Proven track record of developing and delivering successful sales training programs.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in an Adult Learning environment. Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. Familiarity with various training techniques and adult learning principles.
  • Attributes: High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
