Overview
Associate UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital design, user experience, and cross‑functional collaboration. In this role, you will support our digital team in creating intuitive, visually compelling, and development‑ready digital experiences across a variety of brands and platforms. You’ll work in a fast‑paced agency environment, contributing to projects from early concepting through final delivery.
NOTE: Only candidates in the NJ/NYC/Local
PA Tri State area will be considered for this role.
- 3+ years of experience.
- College degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand agency environment.
- Strong organizational skills while juggling multiple concurrent projects.
- Comfortable presenting designs to clients and incorporating feedback constructively.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
UX & Digital Design
- Execute screenshots, mockups, and submission‑ready documentation for internal and client-facing use.
- Deliver editorial and content updates once core design systems and layouts have been finalized.
- Rebuild and refine design files created in Figma to ensure they are fully developer-ready, structured, and optimized.
- Own and manage smaller UX/UI design projects from concept to delivery with minimal supervision.
- Support broader digital initiatives including UX design, graphic design, web design, and banner animation.
- Apply a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, layout structure, and responsive behavior.
- Work closely with developers to ensure a smooth design‑to‑dev handoff and maintain an understanding of how websites are built, including component behavior and technical constraints.
- Collaborate across departments including development, digital engagement, copy, art, PM and account teams on multi‑brand projects in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Assist with preparing packaged files for development, ensuring accuracy, organization, and adherence to platform specifications.
- Present work to internal teams and clients, communicating design decisions clearly and confidently.
- Experience designing emails and understanding email‑specific design best practices.
- Familiarity with preparing build kits for developers (assets, specs, organized layer structures).
- Exposure to motion or banner animation tools or workflows.
- Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
- Understanding of Word Press and general web‑development concepts (HTML/CSS capabilities, responsive design patterns, and CMS‑driven content structures).
