Team OverviewPart of a team
Resource's Typical Working DayCalling in a repair, dishwasher is broken. Need to be able to have someone respond to those requests in a positive way. Very people facing. Team player. Working with security guard. Greeting visitors and guests, making sure they are liaised with the correct team. Visitor management system. Managing request tracker system, small items to bigger items. Health and safety, complete any checks, any repairs that need to go through the landlord.
Heavily coordinating between landlords.
- Has computer and technical and someone who is really willing to learn. Hospitality focused
- should be personable
- Very hospitality focused
- Very proficient in emails
- Good with communication both verbal and written
- Experience in procurement
- Ideally handling purchase orders, cross checking items that are delivered
