A Typical DayAs a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist you will greet clients, match them with the right tax professional, schedule appointments, and ensure client needs are met across in‑person, phone, or virtual interactions. You will also maintain office cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suit tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients according to their preferences
- Ensure all client needs are met during service (in person, over the phone, or virtually)
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi‑task
