PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Works with clients in small group, or 1:1 basis
- Demonstrates and teaches training techniques and movements.
- Creates and guides clients with personalized exercise plans and routines to reach fitness goals, with a focus on rehabilitation and improvement.
- Conducts intake assessments and maintains proper notes for athletic clients – FMS Screening
- Promotes, develops, and implements safety and injury prevention measures for fitness equipment and exercises.
- Provides appropriate injury assessment and care, making referrals to other treatment providers as appropriate (Chiropractic Care, OMM, Nutrition, Massage)
- Monitors and evaluates client progress and adjusts workout plan accordingly.
- Participates in programs focused on wellness, injury prevention, and fitness for active participants (Group fitness).
