Assist with operational maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial/industrial buildings and systems;
Inspect, calibrate, maintain, and repair HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire safety, boilers, refrigeration units, and associated controls;
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance;
Utilize CMMS computer systems to document work performed, parts replaced, and equipment histories;
Coordinate with other vendors and team members to complete maintenance tasks safely
