Job Summary:

Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team. As an integral member of our care delivery model, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents in a state-of-the-art, newly renovated facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, performing assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve optimal outcomes

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care delivery

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse and/or Physician

• Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection prevention and control standards

Requirements:

• Current New Jersey RN licensure

• 0+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse

• Ability to work full-time, with flexibility to meet the needs of our residents and facility

• Strong clinical skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
