Full Time Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN, Registered Nurse to manage a clinical areas of AMG Cardiology along with other offices. Main work location will be Morristown, NJ.
Principal Accountabilities of Clinical Manager, RN- Provides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visit, assessment, advocating for patient, working in conjunction with physician with medications, and care plans
- Provides assistance and guidance to Certified Medical Assistants
- Conducts phone triaging
- Oversees medication management
- Educates patients and families, along with coordinating and participating in community education programs.
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
- Other related duties as assigned.
