Inpatient Care Manager; RN): Per Diem Morristown Medical Center

Overview

Atlantic Health System is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join the Care Management Team at Morristown Medical Center as an Inpatient Care Manager. This is a per diem day position (Monday through Friday with occasional weekends). The nurse will provide care across selected member populations, monitor resources, manage the interdisciplinary team, and collaborate with the Supervisor/Manager of Case Management to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate services and outcomes to maximize patient health.
