Base Pay Range$54.80/hr - $54.80/hr
Principal AccountabilitiesRN will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for the critically ill medical and surgical patient population undergoing invasive procedures under the modalities of Fluoroscopy, CT Scan, Nuclear Medicine, PET Scan, MRI, and general X‑ray.
Job Description- Assist with invasive procedures in Interventional Radiology, Endovascular Surgery, and Neurosciences, utilizing aseptic techniques per AORN guidelines.
- Collaborate with all members of the health care team through Shared Governance, promoting evidence‑based care within a healing culture for the Interventional Radiology patient population and their families.
- Develop and maintain all required competencies related to the care and management of the Interventional Radiology patient population.
- Provide responsible, professional critical care nursing care within an integrated Health Care System.
- Demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity, and Excellence) in every aspect of the job.
- Maintain excellent communication and computer skills.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS & ACLS certification.
- At least 2 years of acute care Cardiac/Telemetry or Critical Care experience as a Registered Nurse;
Interventional Radiology or Cath lab experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
- All ASN must complete their BSN studies within five years of their start date.
- CCRN and/or RCIS preferred.
