Oncology trained Advanced Practice nurse responsible for collaborating with oncology providers and other specialities for infusion center patients. Responsible for facilitating patient care needs. Provides general care for adult oncology patients, performs assessments, manages infusion reactions, provides symptom management, orders lab tests and acts as a liaison between nurses and providers.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Performs patient assessment and acts as a liaison to oncology providers
  • Provides general care and responds to ongoing ailments
  • Provides symptom management
  • Ensures patient records are maintained including test results, immunizations, condition changes
  • Delivers quality, physician-level care while complying with company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics
  • Provides education to patients and staff
  • Reviews treatment and therapy plans
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
