• Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established nursing procedures and protocols
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor and report changes in residents  conditions to the nursing supervisor and/or physician
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean clinical environment

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New Jersey
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
