Role Overview

As a Turning Point Manager, your role is the most impactful to team members and guests. It is imperative to ensure the culture is established, maintained, and shines through every day. You must hold vital beliefs in employee appreciation, guest service, outstanding food, superior ambiance & atmosphere, and most especially FUN!

• Daily and weekly operations lie in your control with the assistance and guidance of your District Manager, including overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training, and leadership to achieve your goals. These goals range from sales to costs to TP Buddy retention, but most importantly, guest service and satisfaction.

• Prior restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and mentor a team.

Salary Range based on experience: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
