Job Description

Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri Webb LLC offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 5‑10+ years of Personal Injury experience to be based out of our Morristown, NJ office.

Responsibilities

• Immediate client contact and assumption of responsibilities
• Demonstrate experience taking ownership of a client’s case – discovery, pleadings, motions; collaboration and mediation; pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and trials
• Conduct client meetings and recommend strategies
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of our clients
• Advise our clients on business and legal transactions
• Negotiate settlements of legal disputes
• Litigate personal injury cases in a courtroom environment
• Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their work
• Appear in court or before government agencies in New Jersey
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Education / Experience Requirements

• JD degree
• New Jersey Bar admission required
• 5‑10+ years of Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice experience
• Experience researching complex matters

• Ability to work independently and multi‑task
• Previous trial court law clerk experience is a plus but not required
