Technical Development Representative

Overview

• Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000

• Develop and execute field-level strategies to grow the poultry segment and expand market share
• Support the positioning and adoption of new biosecurity innovations in the field
• Lead field trials, including design, setup, implementation, and conversion into commercial business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, applicators, and distributors
• Provide timely, hands-on technical support to customers and integrators

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in poultry production
• 1–5 years of sales experience in the animal health industry
• Experience working with poultry growers, commercial applicators, and integrators
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently to drive impact
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
