** Your Role

** IT
* * Intern in Gensler's Morristown office, you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity.
** This is a full-time program running from June 2 through August 7, 2026.
** You must be available for the entire duration of the program.

** What You Will Do
*** Work as a member of our help desk team and provide general technology support for end-users
* Troubleshoot and support our workstations, laptops, printers, plotters, video conferencing units and other peripherals
* Maintain and support administrative, graphics and CAD applications in mixed Windows and Macintosh environments
* Perform workstation and telephone additions/moves/changes
* Support documentation, system backup and recovery and application upgrades
** Your Qualifications
*** You have completed your 2nd year of undergrad working towards a Bachelor’s degree in the Information Technology or related field
* Proven troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to disconnect, lift and move PC's and Monitors (50 lbs) to new workstations
* Knowledge of basic desktop troubleshooting, including Windows and Mac OS

* Enthusiastic team player
* Demonstrated leadership in their school and/or community
* Ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple/shifting priorities
* Ability to work independently, navigate and maintain productivity in a matrix environment
