Analyst, IT​/Tech, IT Consultant

Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a Contract with a client in Morristown, NJ. Candidate must have strong SAP Security and Authorization expertise with proven capability in managing compliance-driven access controls for SAP environments.

Rate Range: $54/hour to $56/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Designs and implements SAP security roles and authorizations while ensuring adherence to SOX, GDPR, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Executes user provisioning activities, conducts segregation-of-duties checks, and validates security controls across SAP environments.
• Oversees secure communication setup, including SSL/TLS configurations and encryption for SAP workloads.
• Monitors system access logs, performs audits, and drives remediation actions to maintain secure operations.
• Supports SAP BASIS tasks such as client copies, transports, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Coordinates migration activities including export/import, SUM/DMO execution, integration configuration, and post-migration system validation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Candidate must have 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and SAP BASIS environments.
• Strong capability in designing SAP security roles, executing compliance checks, and managing secure access across SAP landscapes.
• Proven expertise in supporting BASIS operations including system administration, performance tuning, migrations, and post-go-live validation.

Pay Details: $54.00 to $56.00 per hour
