Telecom Expense Analyst

- Consolidate and develop a robust Technology Telecom cost structure and single billing platform across the Enterprise.
- Build, manage and develop strong telecom team responsible for transforming current telecom billing platform.
- Forecast monthly/quarterly run rates and changes to run rates.
- Develop process to Order/Disconnect new services.
- Work closely with IT Teams and Field and provide guidance regarding technology deployment Billing Lifecycle.
- New TEM Platform Integration and migration responsibilities to make sure All reporting and metrics.
- Oversees work performed by third party vendor(s) related to telecommunication services in order to track and resolve issues as required, review and improve telecommunications related processes, and seek ways to reduce overall communications spend.
- Directs the audit, maintenance, analysis, and verification for accurate communications billing, charge-back models and contract compliance monitoring activities related to all CCF, cellular, local, long distance, data networks and international telephone service.
- Manage IT and Telecom Carrier Vendor SLAs and develop pertinent reporting for Senior leadership.
- Participate and work with IT vendors to develop comprehensive Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Comply with all regulations pertaining to BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC. Complete annual BSA training. Report suspicions of criminal activity, or any attempt to avoid BSA reporting requirements on the part of customers or employees, to the AML/BSA Compliance Department. For supervisory positions, ensure BSA training requirements are completed by staff.

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in technical implementation and managing large projects and/or teams. The ability to use Project Management techniques and tools to plan/monitor project processes.
