The skill set should include Data insights, SQL, Data Warehouse-ETL Capabilities with some experience of coming up with use cases for testing hypothesis in retail insurance selling environment.

Good communication skills in articulating the product feature and work along with multiple stakeholders

Having a good analytical & problem solving skills will be highly preferred
