Responsibilities

- Drive AI strategy and integration across workflows to deliver measurable ROI; identify and implement high-value use cases through cross-functional PODs; promote AI democratization via self-service tools and catalogs.
- Develop and deliver structured AI training programs, certifications, and awareness campaigns; foster responsible innovation through workshops and literacy initiatives; ensure compliance training for AI tools.
- Define KPIs and dashboards to track AI impact, adoption, and model health; provide regular reporting to leadership and governance committees on program status and risk posture.
